80W 20Ohm Ceramic Cement Power Resistors,For Pre-Charging In Converter
Structure:
1.ZENITHSUN cement resistors are made by winding resistance wires around non-alkaline ceramic core,which is added with a layer of heat and humidity resistant and non-corrosive protective material.
2.The wire wound resistor is then placed in a square ceramic package sealed with special nonflammable heat-resistant cement.
3.For high resistance value,wires are replaced by metal oxide films.
4.Charging resistor is designed to charge the energy storage capacitor slowly when the frequency converter is just powered on,which is also called buffer resistor.
5.The main function of the voltage-equalizing resistor is to use the voltage dividing principle to ensure that the voltage on each capacitor is equal.
6.Power Range: 5W-25W for voltage-equalizing resistors,20W-80W for charging resistors;
